Commodity Sales
The Commodity Sales Department is responsible for sales, customer service, and processing commodity orders manufactured by our member workshops. We are here to answer your questions, track your orders, and do what ever we can to provide you with these products.

Contract Services
The Contract Services Department is responsible for total contract management of many services that are performed for the customer. Through the state use program, you can easily contract through us for numerous services including, but not limited to, custodial, total facility management, call center operations, data imaging services, printing, grounds maintenance, mailing, microfilming, upholstery, refinishing, vending services and carpet cleaning. The services are performed by persons with disabilities who are well trained and dedicated to what they do. For more information on how we may be of service to you please contact us.

Information Technology
This Department is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of PIBH in its ability to serve itself, its Member Agencies and its customers. PIBH is a qualified vendor with the OA/OIT and is partnering with them to ensure that the information technology services our member agencies provide to state agencies are in compliance with the Commonwealth's high standards and strategic vision. Our many member agencies are on the cutting edge of new technologies and look forward to the opportunity to solve your business needs through the implementation of technological solutions.

Photo ID Program
The Photo ID Program is responsible for managing the 98 Photo License Centers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania via a contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. This program provides License Technician and janitorial employment opportunities for nearly 500 disabled individuals throughout the state. Persons interested in servicing the public in this employment capacity can contact us for details about the Member Agency responsible for the Photo License Center in your area.

Department of Administration
The Department of Administration provides clerical support and services to the corporation. In addition the department is responsible for the front office activities, the building's janitorial and maintenance needs, local deliveries and the corporation’s payroll and human resource needs.
