CLEANING SERVICES	Custodial/Janitorial: click here for service details Our Custodial Cleaning Services include a number of complete or partial services. All types of cleaning and maintenance duties can be performed. Carpet Cleaning - Bonnett, Shampoo and Steam click here for service details Custom service, bonnett buffing and/or shampooing, steam extraction, restores and brings back new life to your carpets. This on-site service does not include the movement of objects such as file cabinets, safes, or business machines. Pre-mist anti-static spray and protective treatments are not included in price. FACILITY AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE	Grounds Maintenance: click here for service details Complete or partial service offered, including cutting, raking, sweeping, edging, weeding, planting, fertilizing, watering etc. Property Management/Roadside Rest Areas: click here for service details These services include general mechanical maintenance operations, indoor and outdoor cleaning on a 24-hour basis, water and waste water maintenance, lawn and turf maintenance, snow removal, refuse removal, electrical and plumbing maintenance, specialized services and equipment that is required for proper site operation.
OFFICE SUPPORT SERVICES	Mail Preparation: click here for service details Various types of services referred to as handling, sorting, stuffing, packaging, and fulfillment are performed at a number of centers. Document Shredding click here for service details On-site (mobile truck) and /or off-site document shredding services required and set forth in the following general requirements; - PIBH will provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to complete the shredding service is provided. If required by the Commonwealth Agency. - PIBH will provide secured storage containers at no additional cost, or the Commonwealth Agency may present the documents for shredding in cardboard boxes. The container sizes currently available are 125lbs or 300lbs. The containers come complete with lid, hasp lock assembly and heavy-duty casters. Specify on the purchase order which size container is required. - PIBH is required to allow Commonwealth personnel the opportunity to observe the shredding process. - If the Agency requires a scheduled pick-up, the frequency and scheduled days shall be agreed upon between PIBH and the Commonwealth Agency. If the Scheduled day happens to fall on a state holiday, the next working day will be scheduled as the pick-up day. - All documents shall be destroyed via shredding within the IRS 5/16-inch specification requirement, recycled per ACT 101, and in accordance with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and ordinances. - All services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards and practices. - PIBH will maintain signed confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements from all involved personnel and provide copies to the customer at the beginning of the contract, thereafter upon demand, or when a new employee is used in conjunction with the services being performed. Employees must provide proper identification prior to picking up the documents to be shredded. - The mixed paper may contain paper clips, staples or metal fasteners. PIBH is capable of shredding plastic transcript covers, floppies, audio-video tapes, CD, DVD, etc. The Commonwealth Agency must separate the media from the paper. If the Commonwealth Agency delivers material mixed with plastics or other non-paper products, PIBH, at its discretion may decline the work and reject the paper. - PIBH will provide a certificate of destruction to the Commonwealth Agency and that certify that the contractor’s employees did not peruse the paper or otherwise remove sensitive materials. Certification shall include the date that the paper was shredded, the name of the Commonwealth Agency, the cost and the shredded weight delivered to the paper recycler or shredded weight provided to the specific agency. This information will also be available to the Department of General Services upon request. - PIBH may not submit surcharges of any type including mileage/trip charge, but a minimum charge of $50.00 per pick-up can apply.
DECOR	Carpet and Carpet Tile Installation click here for service details This applies to installation in open, empty space on a clean floor. PIBH shall provide State Agency with estimated time for all hourly rates. Estimated time for hourly rates needs to be approved by the State Agency before the work is started. Approval is also required for any time exceeding the estimate.
TECHNOLOGY	Call Center/Help Desk Services: click here for service details Historically, PIBH’s call centers, using experienced CSRs have handled more than 5,000 calls per month on average. PIBH’s services include call center analysis and design, systems and telephony engineering, software development, web integration, and quality assurance services. PIBH Member Agencies providing call center services received both the 2005 Employer of the Year Award from the Pennsylvania Governor’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities and the US Department of Labor’s 2005 New Freedom Initiative Award. Verification Systems: click here for service details This confidential mechanism verifies job retention and medical benefits for employed welfare recipients. The infrastructure includes developing computerized management information systems, personnel training, and telephony mechanisms for calling clients and gathering data. Training: click here for service details **Microfilming/Media Duplicating: click here for service details This service is not currently on contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania** Microfilming/Duplicating a variety of formats of roll, aperture, Diazo, Silver, etc. including jacket loading and magnetic tape services. PIBH also offers CD, diskette or tape duplication and conversion programming services. All microfilming and processing is performed in accordance with archival and industrial standards. Film used for original images will be 16mm silver and duplications will be diazo. All films are 100% proofed prior to delivery. Labeling will be done to customer's specific request.
