How To Purchase From PIBH
Purchase orders can be sent by mail, fax or e-mail.

To ensure accurate processing of your order, please include the following information on ALL orders:
- Billing & shipping company/individual name
- Complete address for billing & shipping; shipping address must be street address (cannot deliver to P.O. boxes)
- Telephone number
- Fax number
- Email Address (if available)
- Item number (commodity code)
- If ordering signs, include legend to be printed on sign.
- If ordering printed apparel, copy of screen print/logo must accompany order.
Prices are FOB destination, unless otherwise specified
Invoices with 4 copies will be rendered by PIBH
When additional commodities or services are added to the line, a change notice will be posted on the DGS website.
All prices and conditions are subject to change by the Department of General Services.
All prices in this catalog are authorized by the Department of General Services and supersede all prior published prices. If price is undetermined, Commonwealth Agencies must obtain fair market price from DGS.
Upon Receipt Of Your Order
Please check all items carefully. Take exception of the carrier delivery ticket for any item not received when checked against our packing list or showing evidence of damage during transit.
Please do not deduct claims for loss or damage from our invoice.
Merchandise may not be returned without PIBH approval. Items returned without authorization will be returned at the sender's expense. Authorized returns must reach us in original condition. Credit cannot be given for items damaged due to improper packaging. Custom products are not returnable.
